ACLC Women In Ministry had most beautiful events in Oklahoma on Friday, July 26 and Saturday, July 27. Friday evening, July 26 a revival was led by Rev. Marilyn Kotulek and Dr. Linda Holliday. We had over 60 guests, including 20 who drove up from Dallas, as well as Native American leaders from the area. After the sermon a prayer of healing was offered by Dr. Linda Holliday, Rev. Marilyn Kotulek, Rev. John Jackson and other ministers present. There were many testimonies of healing. […]
On Saturday around 90 guests gathered in the morning for the True Family Values Seminar. Rev. Marilyn Kotulek was MC and Rev. and Mrs. George Akeen welcomed all the guests. True Family Values gathers insights from the Bible and Father and Mother Moon’s words. “God’s Original Ideal” was given by Sister Ann Ngoran (wife of ACLC Oklahoma executive director Rev. John Ngoran) and “What Went Wrong” was presented by Rev. Evon McMurry of Los Angeles ACLC. During the “What Went Wrong” presentation ministers were deeply moved, remarking with joy and excitement at the slides.
One of the ministers is Dr. Holliday’s associate who now works with Ohio ACLC. She really wants to learn the presentation and work for ACLC WIM to teach this presentation to pastors.
A special highlight of the weekend was the launch of ACLC Youth In Ministry.
Three young men spoke for a few minutes: Brandon Bigfoot and Carl Bigfoot, Rev. Akeen’s grandsons, and Eric White. Brandon spoke sincerely about their experience at a 7-day workshop and Carl spoke about helping in New York at Mother Moon’s speech at Nassau Coliseum. Altogether 20 young people attended the entire program.
Fifteen individuals were made Ambassadors for Peace, coordinated by Universal Peace Federation representative Rev. Bruce Biggin. The program keynote speaker was former State Senator Anastasia Pittman, a good friend of Rev. Marilyn Kotulek. She gave a clear message for our annual theme – Women “Models of Providential Faith Walker”. Her daughter, State Representative Ajay Pittman, joined us and presented the Citation of Recognition for this event to ACLC Women In Ministry.
We showed the “Peace Starts With Me” video and introduced upcoming events with Mother Moon in America. Dr. Holliday concluded us in prayer. We were so grateful for the unity of the leadership and participation of all the wonderful guests.
