On Thursday morning, June 28, 2018, the Minneapolis chapter of ACLC held their monthly prayer breakfast. It was held at the End Time Apostolic Church where Bishop Victoria Oluwalowo is the pastor. The congregation has held three other ACLC prayer breakfasts in the past, and was in the midst of their annual revival. Over two dozen members of the church and guest clergy attended the prayer breakfast, including Rev. Tidwell, Bishop Ola Babawls, Pastor V. J. Smith and the President of the local Rotary Club.
Pastor T. L. Barrett, the Chairman of the ACLC Founding Committee, and Pastor of Life Center C.O.G.I.C. in Chicago, was the keynote speaker. He spoke on health and spiritual healing. The atmosphere after his message was so joyous, that before breakfast was served, the participants broke into dance.
Bishop Carolyn Arnett was one of the participants. She has been a member of ACLC for over ten years, and remarked, “The warm fellowship during the prayer breakfast was heartening. I especially appreciate seeing clergy working together from different backgrounds. This gives me a lot of hope.”
Bishop Ola Babawls thought the program was beautiful from beginning to end. “It was a special honor to meet Pastor T. L. Barrett. He is such a wise and articulate teacher and preacher. And I would welcome the chance to speak at a future ACLC prayer breakfast,” said Bishop Ola.
Special thanks to the Japanese ACLC volunteers who prepared the meal and helped clean the fellowship hall after the breakfast.
